Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Little Dreamers! These Terms & Conditions outline how we operate, what you can expect when you shop with us, and your rights as a customer.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Who We Are

The Little Dreamers is a small, UK-based business created by two home-educated sisters with a love for cute stationery and creative accessories, supported and managed by a parent. All orders, communication, and responsibility are handled by the legal owner of the business.

2. What We Sell

We sell a range of curated and original stationery, accessories, and gift items. Some designs are created by us, others are handpicked by the girls themselves — and all are selected with care.

Please note: colours may vary slightly from the images shown, due to lighting and filters used in our photography.

Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts and the nature of certain items (e.g. pins).

3. Orders & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–10 working days, depending on stock availability.

  • All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, and tracked options are available at checkout.

  • We currently only ship within the UK.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We hope you love everything from The Little Dreamers, but if there’s a problem, please contact us at info@thelittledreamers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

You may return unused, unopened items within 28 days for a refund.

  • You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received back in original condition.

Please note: personalised or custom-made items (if offered in future) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

5. Payments

All major payment methods are accepted via our secure checkout. Payment is taken at time of purchase.

We may offer pre-orders in future — if so, timeframes will be clearly explained on the relevant product page.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, logos, and branding remain the property of The Little Dreamers and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Updates

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted here.
