Shipping Policy
We currently deliver throughout the UK only.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Personalised or made to order products may occasionally take a little longer, but we’ll always let you know if this is the case.

Delivery Costs
Orders £20 and over, FREE delivery
Orders under £20, £3.50 delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the courier and may vary slightly during busy periods.
If you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us at info@thelittledreamers.co.uk and we’ll help get it sorted.

Returns
We hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
For non personalised products purchased through our website, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return it.
Once you have told us you would like to return your order, you then have 14 days to send it back to us.
Products should be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Personalised Products

Products that have been personalised or made specifically for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Orders
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at info@thelittledreamers.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the problem.
We’ll work with you to put things right.

Refunds
Once a return has been received and checked, any refund due will be processed back to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
