Shipping policy

We aim to get your order packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible. Please read below for all the details on how we handle shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 10 working days, depending on stock levels and order volume.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Please note: We are a small family-run business, and some items may take a little longer if they’re being restocked or packed by hand.

Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class (Tracked) for all orders.
Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch before contacting us about a late parcel.

Delivery Costs

Postage is calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Pre-orders

We do not currently offer pre-orders, but this may change in the future. Any updates will be shared on our site and socials.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Not applicable – we only ship within the UK at this time.
