Welcome to The Little Dreamers. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us. Please read them before placing an order.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Little Dreamers Project Ltd.


2. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell products including Fidgeteez, Clickerz, Scribbleez and other products available through The Little Dreamers.

Many of our products are designed, assembled or 3D printed in small batches. Some designs may also be professionally printed or manufactured for us.

Because of the nature of 3D printing, small variations in colour, finish, texture or visible print lines can occur. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not necessarily faults.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure photographs, colours, descriptions and measurements are accurate. Colours may look slightly different depending on the screen or device being used.

Nothing in this section affects your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.


3. PRODUCT SAFETY

Please follow all age guidance and safety information supplied with our products.

Many Fidgeteez and Clickerz contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Products should be used for their intended purpose and with appropriate adult supervision where necessary.

Where we refer to materials, testing or safety standards, those statements apply only to the specific material or product covered by the relevant documentation.

Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under UK product safety or consumer law.


4. PRICES

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We try to make sure all prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error before fulfilling your order, we will contact you. We may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made rather than supply an item at an obviously incorrect price.


5. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

If your payment cannot be authorised, we will not be able to fulfil your order.


6. PLACING AN ORDER

Please check your basket, delivery details and any personalisation carefully before completing your order.

After placing an order, you should receive an email confirming that we have received it.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected item.


7. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Personalised products are made specifically using the information you provide when ordering.

Please check names, spelling, colours, symbols and other selections carefully before completing your purchase.

The usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to products made to your specification or clearly personalised.

If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please email info@thelittledreamers.co.uk as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to amend the order, but we cannot guarantee this.

Personalised products are still covered by your statutory rights if they are faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.


8. DELIVERY

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Orders under £20: £3.50 delivery

Orders £20 and over: FREE delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Personalised or made-to-order products may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant unexpected delay, we will contact you.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the courier and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. CHANGING YOUR MIND

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please email info@thelittledreamers.co.uk before returning anything so that we can provide the appropriate return information.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

You are entitled to inspect an item in the same sort of way you could reasonably inspect it in a shop.

If an item has been handled more than reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

The change-of-mind right does not normally apply to personalised or custom-made products.


10. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact:

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.

We will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.


11. REFUNDS

Where you validly cancel an eligible online order, we will refund the amount due in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where required, this includes the cost of our standard outbound delivery option.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.

Refunds will normally be made to the payment method originally used for the purchase.


12. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

We may occasionally offer discounts, multi-buy offers, promotional pricing or other special offers.

Any additional conditions, eligibility requirements or expiry dates will be shown with the relevant offer.

Offers cannot normally be combined unless we specifically say otherwise.


13. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We try to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or completely free from errors.

We may update product ranges, descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and other website content.

Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted except where required by law or where we contact you about an obvious error.


14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Little Dreamers name and branding, together with original photographs, written content, illustrations, graphics and designs belonging to us, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Some products or designs may be created using properly licensed third-party designs, components, software or other materials. Rights in those materials remain with their respective owners.


15. PRIVACY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you shop with us or contact us, we may collect and use personal information such as your name, email address, delivery address and information relating to your order.

We use personal information for purposes such as processing and delivering orders, communicating with customers, dealing with enquiries, preventing fraud and meeting our legal obligations.

More detailed information about what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, who it may be shared with and your data protection rights is contained in our separate Privacy Policy.


16. COOKIES

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site and, where applicable, support optional marketing features.

Information about the cookies used and the choices available to visitors will be provided through our Cookie Policy and cookie consent settings.


17. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses caused by use of a product contrary to its instructions, safety information or intended purpose where we could not reasonably have prevented that loss.

Products purchased through our consumer website are supplied for personal use unless otherwise agreed.


18. PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are processed through the payment services made available on our website.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card details simply because you make a card payment through the website.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our products, website, delivery arrangements or legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order will be those in force when that order is placed.


20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the UK, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
